Heather co-authored “Improving through Improv: How Practice and Play Build Designer Confidence” with Penny Ralston-Berg for the forthcoming book Mentoring Instructional Designers in Higher Education.
She also co-authored “AI and Avatars: Aligning Innovations with Ethical Use and Quality Standards for Equity and Sustainability” with Dr. Deborah Anne Banker for AI for Inclusive and Sustainable Education: Addressing Equity and Innovation in Global Learning Ecosystems.
