NECO Welcomes Lindsay Allen as New Director of Development
NECO is pleased to announce the appointment of Lindsay Allen as Director of Development and Alumni Relations.
Lindsay joins NECO with more than two decades of experience in advancement and alumni engagement, bringing a proven track record of strategic leadership and philanthropic success in both higher education and independent schools.
Her previous roles include Assistant Dean for Development and Alumni Relations at Boston University’s Sargent College of Health and Rehabilitation Sciences, Chief Advancement Officer at St. Mark’s School, and Assistant Vice President for University Advancement and Campaign Director at Clark University.
She has also served in key development and alumni relations roles at Boston College and the University of Utah, where she earned her B.S. in Communications and later an M.Ed.
Throughout her career, Lindsay has demonstrated a deep commitment to fostering meaningful connections, securing transformational gifts, and advancing mission-aligned initiatives. Her experience and passion for education and healthcare make her an exceptional addition to the NECO community.

Originally from Salt Lake City, Utah, Lindsay now lives in Framingham, Massachusetts with her husband, John, their two sons, Lucas and Brooks, and their mini goldendoodle, Chloe. Outside of her professional work, she is a proud hockey mom and enjoys spending time outdoors.
