Friendly Reminder: Use Your Vacation Time Before June 30!

As we approach the end of NECO’s fiscal year, don’t forget to schedule and use your vacation time before June 30. NECO follows a “use-it-or-lose-it” vacation policy, which means any unused vacation hours will be forfeited after June 30.

Annual Performance Evaluations Due

The Human Resources Department would like to remind everyone to complete their annual performance evaluations as soon as possible. Once finalized and signed, copies of the manager’s evaluation should be forwarded to Human Resources for recordkeeping. For your convenience, the evaluation forms are also available for download on the HR portal site under the Upcoming HR Events page.

Payroll Reminder: Prorated Pay in First July Paycheck

The Human Resources Department would like to inform all employees that the July 11 payroll will include prorated pay. This paycheck will reflect one week at the 2024–2025 rate and one week at the new 2025–2026 rate, as the fiscal year transitions.
