Dr. Jen Reilly Receives Diplomate in Optometric Education
Congratulations to Dr. Jennifer Reilly for achieving the credential of Diplomate in Optometric Education at the 2025 American Academy of Optometry meeting in Boston.
The AAO states, “The Optometric Education Diplomate is an important credential for optometric educators whose research and scholarship focus in whole or in part on optometric education.” The Diplomate process involves scholarship, presentations and an oral examination, as well as additional training in optometric education. The AAO reports that less than 1% of optometrist achieve the credential of Diplomate.
