It’s that time of year again! As we look back on a year of growth and achievement at NECO, the HR department is excited to kick off our annual performance review season.
This year, we are updating the experience with a brand-new online process for staff reviews. This updated system utilizing Paylocity, is designed to make the experience more intuitive, efficient, and collaborative for everyone involved.
Key Dates to Remember:
May 11: The review process officially kicks off.
Throughout May: Training sessions for the new online staff process will be available. We encourage everyone to join a session to get comfortable with the new interface.
June 5: Deadline for all faculty and staff performance reviews.
