Happy June! As we approach the end of the 2025-2026 fiscal year, the NECO HR team wants to share a few important updates to help you maximize your benefits:
Vacation Reminder: Our vacation accrual follows a “use it or lose it” policy. Any unused vacation time will be deleted after June 30, 2026, so be sure to schedule that well-deserved time off!
Fitness Perks: Remember to take advantage of all that your Blue Cross membership has to offer. Log into your My Blue account to take advantage of fitness reimbursements as well as numerous discounts on fitness purchases such as sneakers, fitness gear and wearable tracking devices.
Additional health savings can be found using your Blue Cross and Blue Shield card and logging in.
