Building Hours Update
Beacon Street switches to summer hours on Monday, May 19. Here are the changes to building and front desk hours coming up this month:
Extended Exam Hours
May 10 & 11
Building Hours: 8AM – 10PM (no entry after 9PM)
Front Desk: CLOSED
Summer Hours
May 19 – August 25
Building Hours: Monday–Friday: 7AM–8PM (no entry after 7PM); Saturday: 8AM–4PM (no entry after 3PM)
Sunday: CLOSED
Front Desk Hours: Monday–Friday, 7AM–5PM
Student Experience Survey: May 9 Deadline
Don’t forget to fill out your student experience survey on sexual harassment and campus support services. Every entry receives a randomized giveaway, including gift cards up to $75!
Find the email from grandriversolutions@qualtrics-survey.com that you received on April 11 to access your individualized survey link. Survey ends May 9.
Second Bystander Intervention Training
The second of two events intended to empower students to perform safe and effective bystander intervention is taking place May 5, 6:00–7:30PM. Join your peers in small groups to apply bystander intervention skills in multiple real-world scenarios. We’ll talk about scenarios in a variety of settings, including nights out, public transit, and clinic. Food will be provided. Please RSVP here.
Parking Decal Switch Coming Soon
The current round of parking decals expire this summer. If you’re eligible, keep an eye on your email for instructions on how to renew your decal for the next two years.
