Juneteenth Hours of Operation

Beacon Street will be closed Thursday, June 19, in honor of Juneteenth.

Milk Fridge

Pouring milk from the carafes in the milk fridge, not the cartons, helps keep milk fresh for longer. When you’re getting milk for your coffee, please use the carafes and leave the cartons alone.

Parking Decal Renewal

Parking decals are valid for two academic years as indicated on the decal. It’s time to reissue them for the next two years.
The AY 2026-2028 request form is linked here. You must fill out the form if you want to continue to park at Beacon. Have your vehicle registration handy. All forms must be in by June 30th, 2025 so we have time to process them. AY2024-2026 decals (green, red, and beige) will be invalid starting July 31st, 2025.
Enrolled students (except for final year students), active faculty and staff, residents, board members, and emeritus faculty are eligible for a parking decal. Only one decal is allowed per person. Final year students are not able to receive parking decals.
Requests will be processed in the order they are received. If approved, you will receive a confirmation email with instructions on next steps. Approvals are at the discretion of the Office of Facilities Operations and Administration, and are contingent on proof of vehicle registration with a valid expiration date.

Mailroom Reminder

Before you set off on your big summer adventure, make sure to pick up any mail or packages waiting for you in the mailroom. We have limited space, and appreciate everyone collecting their items promptly.
