Inaugural NECO Staff Retreat
Thank you to everyone who joined us for NECO Staff Retreat 2026, Growing Together: Collaboration, Communication, and Community!
It was wonderful to see so many colleagues come together to connect, learn, and celebrate our shared work. Your engagement helped make this first retreat a success. We’d love your feedback to help us plan future gatherings – please take a few minutes to complete the Staff Retreat Feedback Form. If you weren’t able to attend this year, we’d still value your input! A separate Non-Attendee Feedback Form is available for you to share ideas for next year’s retreat, including timing, format, and topics of interest.
Thank you for participating in NECO Staff Retreat 2026, Growing Together: Collaboration, Communication, and Community. We can’t wait to gather again next year.
CommUnity Engagement Committee Announcement
We’re excited to introduce the NECO Walking Group!
Open to all faculty and staff, the group will meet once or twice a week (as schedules allow) for a chance to move, socialize, and stay active together. We’re planning to kickoff in early April, and participation will be open to employees across Beacon St., our health centers, and clinics.
Stay tuned for more details about logistics – including a friendly step challenge to connect all participating sites and keep the momentum going!
More information coming soon!
