DEIB Office Converts to Quiet Study Space for Exams

To better support our students during this busy time, the Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB) Office will be converted into a quiet study space throughout the exam period (May 10-16). This change aims to provide an additional area on campus where individuals can focus and prepare for their assessments in a calm and supportive environment.

Coffee With the Canadian Consulate

The Canadian Consulate will be at NECO on Tuesday, May 6 at 10:30AM to share coffee and answer any questions that students, staff, or faculty may have about visa issues, travel concerns, etc. The event will be held in LH3. Join us!

During the month of May, we recognize the following heritage and awareness celebrations: Asian American, Native Hawaiian, and Pacific Islander (AANHPI) Heritage Month; Jewish American Heritage Month; Haitian Heritage Month; and Mental Health Awareness Month. Learn more about these celebrations.

NEW in Boston to Check Out!

The Rose Kennedy Greenway Public Art program is proud and excited to host artists like Ja’Hari Ortega, whose work brings impact and excitement to Boston’s green spaces! Ortega’s new installation, “Big Hoops to Fill” not only centers the everyday lives of women of color in public space, but also invites them to the artwork to play, rest, and relax. Check it out this weekend!
